This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Smith And Striker LLC. through smithandstriker.com.

Please read carefully before placing an order.

This Returns & Refunds Policy operates in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

1. General Policy

All products sold by Smith And Striker LLC. are either made-to-order, print-on-demand, or handcrafted in small batches.

Because of the nature of our production:

  • Returns are limited

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

  • Each request is reviewed individually

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law:

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalized items

  • Items showing normal variation due to handcrafted production

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, size, or placement are not considered defects.

3. Eligible Returns or Replacements

We will consider a return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item has a manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect item was sent

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Clear photographic evidence must be provided

Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial.

4. Print-on-Demand Orders

Print-on-demand items are produced specifically for each order.

For these items:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size selection errors

  • Replacements may be issued only for damage or production defects

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting images.

5. Handcrafted Items

Handcrafted items may show natural and intentional variation.

These variations are part of the product’s character and are not defects.

Returns or refunds will be considered only for:

  • Structural failure

  • Material defects not disclosed at time of purchase

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing time may take 10 business days after approval

We reserve the right to issue:

  • A replacement instead of a refund, or

  • A partial refund where appropriate

7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours

  • Items must be securely packaged

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

8. Refused or Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval may be:

  • Refused

  • Returned to sender

  • Disposed of without refund

9. EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, statutory rights will apply and override this policy.
However, custom and made-to-order goods are typically exempt from the EU withdrawal right.
