Smith & Striker LLC. reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site where these Terms & Conditions are violated or where misuse is reasonably suspected.

2. Products and Availability

Smith & Striker produces handcrafted jewelry, studio work, and Everyday Goods. Because much of the studio’s work is handcrafted, made to order, or produced in limited quantities, availability may change without notice.

Descriptions and photographs are provided to represent each piece as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations resulting from hand craftsmanship are expected.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout where required.

In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, Smith & Striker LLC. reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order prior to shipment.

4. Orders &  Payment

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Smith & Striker LLC. does not store complete payment information.

Smith & Striker LLC. reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • Pricing errors have occurred.

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, delivery, and fulfillment are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
