4. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

Certain products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers.

Because these items are produced specifically for each order:

  • Production times may vary

  • Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility varies by product type.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or print-on-demand items are generally non-returnable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing error

  • Handcrafted items may show natural variation and are not considered defective for that reason

If you believe an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting information.

We reserve sole discretion in determining eligibility for refunds or replacements.
